Project & Communications Assistant(s)
Due to the increasing workload Eurescom now needs one or two Project & Communications Assistant(s) to assist the running of the research projects we undertake.
The work involves working with Project Managers to assisting with the project administration and controlling and also to be active in the promotion and publication of the work of the projects and the company.
Specific Tasks
- Using our Cloud-based project management tools, EuresTools©, to monitor the status and progress of the project work and budgets.
- Organisation of meetings and events
- Carrying out communication activities for Eurescom and its projects through social media channels as well producing flyers and videos
- Contribute to the planning, coordinating and writing for the Eurescom magazine (bi-annual)
- Webmaster work (creating new project websites, editing and improving existing ones)
- General office support tasks
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good working knowledge of German is also an advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Competent proof reader and document editor
- Capable of designing and programming WordPress based websites.
- Good Web and graphic design skills, e.g. with design tools such as Canva, is also required.

Additional points:
The work is a full-time role in the Eurescom Office in Heidelberg, but some short-term foreign travel can be expected as part of the project work.
